Adpoodle provides online resources, classifieds, ads and other email services. By using our service you agree to abide by following rules and guidelines for all Adpoodle services.


CONTENT

Adpoodle has a right to suspend any account at any time, without any prior notice, also Adpoodle has a right to delete any Ad at any time, without any prior notice. Adpoodle is not responsible for any content made available through our site, so you may get exposed to the content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, objectionable or discriminatory. The person that has posted the Ad will be held responsible (not the Adpoodle)

Our site may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent from Adpoodle. Adpoodle makes no guarantee or warranty on accuracy or the authenticity of that such linked site. It is your own personal responsibility to check their validity of their content. 

Rules and Code of Conduct

You agree to abide by the rules and code of conduct, also you agree Not to post or make available the following content:
· You agree not to provide any misleading information, regarding your information, your location, item description e.t.c.
· You agree not to harass anyone in any way on basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability.
· You agree not to post any Ads for pets or animals for sale or adoptions.
· You agree not to put any pets or any animals ads for sale or adoptions.
. You agree not to put any pornography of any kind or any thing related to it or any kind of service related to it. Covering all aspects from oral till intercourse.
· You agree not to contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted.
· You agree not to violate Fair Housing Act e.g. stating in any posting a discriminatory preference based on Race, Color, nationality, sex, familial status or handicap, religion.

· Not allowed at all any type of identity theft of any person or of an entity.
· You agree not to violate any Copyright, patent, Trade secret or Trademark rules, regulation and laws.
· You agree not to put any softwares for viruses or any computer code, files, programs designed to destroy, limit or interrupt the funtionallity of Adpoodle service or do any kind of flooding attack to the Service. we cannot guarantee complete security.
· You agree not to post repeatedly, same or similar content thus putting a large load on our infrastructure.



LIMITED SERVICE ACCEPTENCE
You agree that we have the right to modify, change or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice. (It includes every aspect and everything that is on the site). It means all postings, number of postings or the maximum size of the postings, number of days etc.
You also agree that Adpoodle in it’s sole discretion has the right(but not obligation) to deactivate or to delete or to block your account or to block your IP address or email address or to terminate your access to or use of our Service. Adpoodle has in it's sole discretion has the right to activate or deactivate or delete All postings or user accounts at any time, without any notifications and you agree to the indemnify Rules Below.

You agree to indemnify and hold Adpoodle or it’s service providers or subsidiaries, or affiliates, harmless from any claim, demand, including any reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
All contents including postings, files, images, photos, text etc, are the responsible of the originator who posts it and that originator of the content meaning originator (the person or the company that has posted that content) will be held liable for any damages or losses that might occur. 
You agree that Adpoodle will not be held liable for any losses or damages caused by contents and links submitted by users. 



CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We have the right to change, modify or otherwise alter these rules and guidelines at any time. Such changes and modification will and shall become affective immediately. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself up to date.
